Getting Started with Gronox
Set up your account, join an organization, and start using Solar-Connect, Assets, Odoo Connect, and the AI assistant from one workspace.
Prerequisites
- An invitation or signup for a Gronox organization (or permission to create one)
- A modern web browser for the unified workspace
- Optional: admin access if you will enable apps or manage users
Step 1: Create your account
Create your Gronox login or accept an invitation from your organization:
- Go to signup or use the link in your invitation email
- Enter your email and set a password
- Verify your email if prompted
- Complete your profile
Step 2: Open your workspace
After login you land in the unified workspace — one sidebar for dashboard, assistant, settings, and each app enabled for your organization. Switch organizations from the org selector if you belong to more than one.
Step 3: Open your apps
Solar-Connect, Assets, and Odoo Connect appear in the sidebar when your organization has them enabled. Each app is tailored to its domain (solar operations, asset management, ERP connectivity) while sharing the same login, notifications, and AI context.
Step 4: Try the AI assistant
Open the assistant from the workspace to ask questions across your enabled apps — summaries, lookups, and approved actions. When a step needs your sign-off, you will see a clear approval in the UI before anything runs.
Step 5: Invite your team (admins)
Organization admins can invite users and assign roles:
- Go to Settings → Users
- Invite by email and choose a role
- Confirm which apps and areas each role should access
