Platform Overview
Gronox is the AI-native enterprise applications platform — one workspace, domain apps, shared operational context, and AI that can monitor, recommend, and act with your approval.
What Gronox Is
Think of Gronox as three things in one: a unified workspace (one login, one sidebar, every app your organization uses), an AI layer (assistant and automated workflows with human approval where needed), and a growing set of domain apps (Solar-Connect, Assets, and Odoo Connect today — each a full product on the same platform).
Instead of juggling dozens of disconnected tools, teams work from one portal. Operational data and business events stay in context so apps and AI can work across solar operations, asset records, ERP processes, and more — without copying information between systems.
How It Fits Together
Unified workspace
One place to sign in, navigate, and switch between apps with consistent experience and organization context.
Domain apps
Purpose-built applications for solar operations, asset management, and ERP connectivity — installed per organization.
AI assistant
Ask questions and complete approved actions across your installed apps, with clear handoffs when a human must decide.
What the Platform Provides
Shared capabilities are built in once so each app can focus on its business domain:
Organization-aware access
Each customer or business unit sees only its own data — multi-tenant by default.
App installation per org
Enable the apps your organization needs; entitlements control what is available on your plan.
Shared operational context
Updates and business events can flow between apps so workflows stay aligned without manual reconciliation.
Alerts & notifications
Rules, alerts, and scheduled work — with email, in-app, and other channels based on user preferences.
Security & governance
Role-based access, audit-friendly actions, and enterprise identity patterns.
Integrations
Connect external systems through apps such as Odoo Connect and standard APIs — without rebuilding your stack.
Connected operations (behind the apps)
Some domain apps — notably Solar-Connect — rely on connected equipment and live operational data as part of day-to-day work. That connectivity is handled within the platform and exposed through the app experience; you interact with solar portfolios, sites, and performance in Solar-Connect, not with underlying infrastructure names or plumbing.
Install once, use everywhere
When an app is enabled for your organization, it appears in the workspace navigation and participates in cross-app context and AI assistance. New capabilities roll out with app updates while your team keeps the same login and workspace.
